Ground stop issued for DCA
A ground stop is in effect at Reagan National Airport (DCA) as of 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The Federal Aviation Administration listed the reason for the ground stop as “other.”
Earlier in the night, DCA’s Runway 1/19 was closed due to an equipment outage. It’s unclear if the ground stop and the earlier runway closure are related.
