Agrish Expands Adult Bed Rail Recall to 30,000 More Units
The expanded Agrish bed rail recall involves serious entrapment hazards and a potential “risk of death by asphyxiation.”
The initial recall, announced in January, covered approximately 5,000 bed rails with model numbers 2512, 2513 and 2516. Consumers can find the model number in the product’s owner’s manual.
Agrish broadened the recall after receiving a report that a user fell while using a bed rail that was not part of the original action. According to the recall notice, the products “do not comply with federal CPSC safety guidelines.”

The recall expansion was announced Oct. 1 and adds 30,083 units. The newly affected portable bed rails carry model numbers 12014, AG-12011 and 12016.
The recalled bed rails feature white tubing and rounded gray foam-rubber handle grips. Certain models also come with a gray fabric pouch, support legs and a motion-sensor light.
The bed rails were sold through Amazon from April 2025 through May 2026. They retailed for approximately $50 to $80.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bed rails and contact Agrish to request a refund. To register for the recall, customers can email a form containing their name, contact details, photos and purchase information. Additional details are available here.
